Horizon's 15-year deal at the one-million-square-foot Hudson Square office property, formerly known as 75 Varick St., covers three contiguous floors with an option to expand in the future. Asking rents in the Hudson Square submarket range from the mid $30s to low $40s per square foot.

"This new headquarters will bring all of our New York staff together under one roof in the fall of this year in an innovative and collaborative environment that will increase productivity and spark creative energy." Horizon EVP Eileen Benwitt adds, "We are customizing our headquarters to redefine a new office culture that will ignite our collaborative and innovative spirit."
