Nonprofit Consolidates Space in Harlem

NEW YORK CITY-Nonprofit group Veritas Therapeutic Community Inc. has consolidated its satellite offices into one location, signing a 10-year deal at 55 W. 125th St., with an option to expand there. The 12,285-square-foot space will serve as the community services organization’s executive headquarters.

“Veritas was looking for a location where it could consolidate its six offices located throughout the neighborhood into a single headquarters location,” says FirstService Williams associate Eric Ferriello in a release. The nonprofit’s main office is currently at 912 Amsterdam Ave. Ferriello adds that the 10th-floor space at 55 W. 125th enabled the tenant “to centralize its space in a class A building and still stay within its means.”
