Vice president Wayne Zdanowicz will market the mall, which includes 15,690 square feet of professional office/medical space and 5,250 square feet of retail. The retail space is a former McDonald's restaurant with a kitchen already in place. And the professional office/medical space can be divided to units of 6,053 square feet, 2,227 square feet, 1,530 square feet and 1,250 square feet.
Located across the street from the New Brunswick train station, the building has multiple local bus routes available at curb and is contiguous to public parking.
In other Weichert news, the firm also just closed a 3,375-square-foot retail lease at 201 Nassau St. in Princeton. Broker associate Karen Anderson represented the tenant, wedding dress and evening gown designer Thurin Atelier.
