Weichert Will Market Ferren Mall

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-Landlord New Brunswick Parking Authority is shopping around 15,590 square feet of office/medical space and close to 5,300 square feet of retail.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent at the New Brunswick Parking Authority-owned Ferren Mall, located at One Penn Plaza here, the firm’s president John G. Udell, tells GlobeSt.com.

Vice president Wayne Zdanowicz will market the mall, which includes 15,690 square feet of professional office/medical space and 5,250 square feet of retail. The retail space is a former McDonald’s restaurant with a kitchen already in place. And the professional office/medical space can be divided to units of 6,053 square feet, 2,227 square feet, 1,530 square feet and 1,250 square feet.
