LEASING
ATLANTA-NCR Corp. has expanded its space at 2651 Satellite Blvd in suburban Duluth by 34%, extending its current 187,300-square-foot lease for six years and adding 64,200 square feet for 11 years. Steve Morgan of Grubb & Ellis represented landlord Satellite Realty Holdings LLC, while John Shlessinger and John Ferguson of CB Richard Ellis represented NCR.
JACKSONVILLE, FL-Wise Safety & Environmental has moved its local facility to 18,600 square feet at 1331 Picketville Road. Robert Lawrence and Jacob Horsley with NAI Commercial Jacksonville represented the tenant, while Wayne Sanderson of Easton Sanderson & Co. represented landlord Commonwealth Commerce Center LLC.
SALES
FORT WALTON BEACH, FL-The remaining 116 luxury units at Waterscape Report Condominiums sold for $23.5 million in an all-cash deal to ABG Sundal Collier, a foreign capital investor. The seller, Crescent Resources, was represented by Colliers International brokers John Stone and Jason Stanton in Clearwater, and John Crotty and David Metalonis in Miami. The lender-driven sale involved Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Regions Bank.
ORLANDO-The 264-room Clarion Inn and Suites in suburban Altamonte Springs has sold for $6.2 million. Jaimin Patel with Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office represented both buyer and seller, both limited liability companies.
LAUDERDALE-BY-THE-SEA, FL-The 15,000-square-foot SunTrust Center, at 221 E. Commercial Blvd., was sold for $2.5 million to B&C Real Estate Holdings LLC. David Duckworth of Flagler Real Estate Services represented the seller, Atlanta-based Simpson Organization.
DEVELOPMENT
TAMPA, FL-Haysvest LLC is building the 110,000-square-foot Hays Towne Center at Hays Road and State Road 52 in Pasco County. BB&T provided financing for the Publix-anchored project. Ben McLeish with Colliers Arnold is in charge of leasing and outparcel sales.
