"Beaulieu was a former tenant of ours and we are delighted to have them back in our Edison property." says Jeffrey J. Milanaik, president of Heller Industrial Parks. He adds that Beaulieu is a leader in its industry and brings a level of stability that is hard to find during these economic times.

In addition to the Edison deal, Heller also recently signed first-quarter lease renewals with Wagner Industries, Inc. totaling around 300,000 square feet in its Grand Prairie, TX industrial park.

Originally founded as industrial warehouse builder I. Heller Construction Co., Inc., the privately held industrial park owner/developer now has over 16 million square feet of space in six states.
