Locally based TKC has developed at least 11 million square feet of industrial, retail and office properties over the past decade. Its healthcare division will also offer feasibility and planning, site selection and acquisition, marketing and leasing, and asset and property management, as well as real estate ownership opportunities for physicians and hospitals.

"The healthcare sector has experienced extensive growth and many of the health related projects are single-tenant, build-to-suit facilities which is an area where we have extensive experience."
Lawler and Jenkins have more than 20 years of experience in healthcare development and were responsible for one million square feet of medical space in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and Georgia while at Indianapolis, IN-based Lauth. Lawler was previously senior development associate and regional manager of the Atlanta office of Brookfield, WI-based Hammes Co., a leading national healthcare facility developer.
