Dr. Margaret Andrin has signed a 10-year lease for a 4,708 square feet at Branchburg, the 15-building, 116,500-square-foot campus located directly on Route 22 in Somerset County's Branchburg Township, according to Victor Kelly, a Raider Realty vice president, who handled the transaction. The submarket here currently has rental rates running in the $28 range, according to Cushman & Wakefield's Q4 office report.

In addition, Princeton Center for Leadership Training, a non-profit organization that conducts education leadership programs, has reserved 2,841 square feet for a training center at Montgomery Commons, a nine-building, 59,319-square-foot medical and office complex in Mercer County's Princeton Township. Robert Marek, another Raider Realty vice president, served as broker for the signing. Mercer County comes in with a higher rental rate than Somerset, at $34.16, according to C&W.

Branchburg Commons is near many of the state's major medical hospitals, including Somerset Medical Center, Hunterdon Medical Center and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. The corporate park is currently offering built-to-suit leasing opportunities with suites sized from 800 square feet and up. The campus also includes a freestanding, 7,000-square-foot building that houses daycare facility Goddard School.
