Two of the buildings are at Northmont Distribution Center in Atlanta's Northeast submarket and are fully leased. The third, at RiverPark Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX, is 70% leased.

"Most of our correspondent lenders, like Unum, have ample funds to lend and are looking for well-located, stabilized properties with good sponsorship," says Doug Alexander, a senior vice president and principal with Colliers Spectrum Cauble. The firm recently represented Rockwell Collins in leasing 157,507 square feet at the Northmont buildings, bringing them to full occupancy.
