The Colliers L&A brokerage team of Jim Scott and Marc Isdaner is representing property owner Jet3G, LLC. According to the group, the facility features 70,000 square feet of warehouse space, 5,000 square feet of air-conditioned office space, a 16-foot clear ceiling height, six tailgate doors, three drive-in doors and a wet sprinkler system. The building is divisible for multi-tenant use, and the site also has an approved helicopter landing pad.

The industrial division is also marketing a 29,000-square-foot warehouse space in First Industrial Real Estate Trust's 112,000-square-foot building located at 103 Central Ave. in Mt. Laurel. Isdaner is representing the property owner.

The build-to-suite space features a 17-to-8-foot ceiling height, two tailgate doors, one drive-in door, 40-by-45-foot column spacing, a wet sprinkler system, a fire alarm system and exhaust fans in the warehouse.

The property is less than one minute to I-295 and the NJ Turnpike and only 15 minutes Philadelphia's Walt Whitman, Ben Franklin, Betsy Ross and Tacony-Palmyra bridges.
