Mosler Spearheads C&W 'Dream Team' for Cohen

NEW YORK CITY-Cushman & Wakefield’s Bruce Mosler, who recently assumed his role as the company’s co-chairman of the board, is heading a C&W “dream team” that will provide strategic real estate consulting for Cohen Brothers Realty Corp.’s national portfolio of commercial properties totaling more than 10 million square feet. Mosler is leading the team with C&W colleague Arthur Mirante, who like Mosler is a former CEO of the company. The announcement was made by Charles Cohen, president and CEO of Cohen Brothers.

In a release, Mosler calls it “an honor to kick off what I anticipate will be the most exciting and rewarding chapter of my real estate career by representing an owner/developer with the credentials and financial strength of a Charles Cohen, who continues to build, manage and add value to one of the most prestigious privately-owned real estate portfolios of its kind in the world.” Cohen calls it “an important strategic alliance” for his firm, the release states.
