The five are TD Bank--whichwill be NoMa's first full-service banking facility--at 5,200 squarefeet; Potbelly Sandwich Works restaurant at 2,500 square feet; TynanCoffee & Tea café, which is taking 2,100 square feet; ConstitutionCafé restaurant, for 6,000 square feet; and Georgetown Valet drycleanerat 1,100 square feet. They will join the 50,000-square-foot HarrisTeeter grocery store that StonebridgeCarras landed in 2008.

Jeff Edelstein of Roadside Development represented Potbelly, AndrewSegall of Segall Group represented TD Bank, Jeff Handler of AsadoorianRetail Solutions represented Tynan and George Petros of PapadopoulosProperties represented Constitution Café. Billy Orlove and BobSchwenger of JBG Rosenfeld Retail are the retail leasing agents forConstitution Square.

Constitution Square's 80,000 square feet of retail space is now 84% pre-leased to Harris Teeter and these five tenants. Accordingto Schwenger, negotiations are underway for the more than half of theproject's remaining retail space.

Constitution Square's 1.6-million-square-foot, phase one is scheduledto deliver this year. One Constitution Square has pre-leased 288,255square feet of its 330,000 square feet of office space to the USGeneral Services Administration for headquarters swing space. TwoConstitution Square has pre-leased all of its 575,000 square feet ofoffice space to the Department of Justice. Also part of phase one is aresidential building with 440 apartment homes and a 204-key HiltonGarden Inn.
