CBRE Capital Markets arranged $23.2 million in acquisition financing for the 300-unit Archstone Gardens apartments. Terms include a 10-year term, 30-year amortization and 75% LTV. Charles Foschini, Christian Lee and Christopher Apone with CBRE's Miami office arranged the financing through Freddie Mac on behalf of Coral Vista Investors LLC.

Memphis

Los Angeles-based Triyar Cos. LLC has purchased the 812,697-square-foot Nike Inc. distribution center at 8400 Winchester Road from iStar Financial Inc. for $14.5 million, or $18 per square foot. Johnny Lamberson and Frank Quinn with CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal.
