Leslie Meril and Doug Rowe, managing directors at FSW, represented Education Dynamics on the expansion and extension of its existing 12,522-square-foot, second-floor lease to 15,803 square feet. The company also occupies about 10,000 square feet at 111 River St., known as the Wiley Building.

"There has been a recent increase of people going back to school for additional education and training as they wait for the job market to rebound," Meril says. "As a supporter of the higher education industry, this trend has helped spur the growth of Education Dynamics and created a need for more space."

The five-story, 120,000-square-foot property is located in Hoboken's business district, in close proximity to numerous businesses, shops and restaurants. Existing tenants include the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, PVM Oil Associates and Clearpointe.
