BP Products Leases 574,000-SF Midpoint

PORTAGE, IN- BP Products North America Inc. has agreed to lease the 574,249-square-foot Midpoint USA distribution facility within the AmeriPlex at the Port complex. Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, TCB Development/Tobin Development LLC and New Vista Investment Group LLC, on behalf of Workers Realty Trust II, announced the lease, which is part of the Whiting Refinery Modernization Project. The facility sits on 31 acres with an adjacent 23 acres for anticipated growth. The value of the transaction remains undisclosed. MISHAWAKA, IN-The Center PC, a plastic surgery practice, has leased 10,500 square feet on the first floor of a newly-opened outpatient facility at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. Developed and owned by Indianapolis-based BremnerDuke Healthcare Real Estate, the four-story, 205,000 square foot medical center is connected to the new 254-bed Saint Joseph hospital on all four levels.

SCHAUMBURG, IL- Casual Male Retail Group Inc. has signed an 11,958-square-foot lease in the 91,831-square-foot Schaumburg Promenade, adjacent to the Woodfield Mall. The lease was for the company’s new superstore concept, Destination XL. The new store concept will provide a one-stop shopping destination offering a full assortment of their core brands, including Casual Male XL and Rochester Clothing. Inland Real Estate Corp. represented the property owner in the lease.
