NCC Sells First Half of Office Complex for $36M

AARHUS, DENMARK-NCC Property Development, based in Stockholm, Sweden, has sold the first two phases of its four-phase Zenit Company House office project here in Denmark’s second largest city. A partnership between Nordea Liv & Pension, PensionDanmark and Laegernes Pensionskasse, called Ejendomspartnerselskabet af 1/7 2003, has agreed to buy about 10,000 square meters (or about 107,639 square feet) for SEK 256 million (or about $35.6 million).

The first two phases are now under construction, with the first phase expected to be finished this month and the second in December, according to a statement by NCC. About 77% of the first two phases are leased, with anchor tenants RGD ReVision and the insurance company Tryg Vesta. As part of the sale, NCC has agreed to handle the leasing for the remaining space.
