He represented the owner in a 28,727-square-foot lease to Life Cell Corp. at 220 Evans Way, a 69,700-square-foot industrial/flex building and acted as both the listing and procuring agent for the leasing of a 43,600-square-foot industrial building to Specified Technologies at 210 Evans Way. First Service Williams was the procuring agency in the transaction at 220 Evans Way.

In a third transaction, Adams was the listing broker for 17,590 square feet of space leased to Beacon Graphic Systems at 189 Meister Ave. here. Binswanger represented the tenant.

Additionally, executive vice president/principal of CBC Feist & Feist, Peter Wisniewski, was involved in the leasing of 8,505 square feet of office/warehouse space at 14 Culnen Dr. here to the Battery Zone. At 10 Culnen Dr., CBC Feist & Feist sales associate Michael Cifaldi facilitated a 1,000-square-foot office lease for a fiber optic switching station.

"Our success in Somerset County serves to demonstrate that many businesses are relocating to--and flourishing in--the Somerset County area, which has much to offer in terms of growth and diversity for the business community," Adams tells GlobeSt.com, adding that the county is the locale for a large percentage of the state's workforce.
