Warner says that what sold the property is that land parcels in Burbank are rarely available, and this one is on a primary boulevard with high visibility adjacent to the Bob Hope Airport. The seller of the property had acquired it with plans to build its corporate headquarters on the site, but the company's growth outpaced those plans, and the land proved too small for its needs.

The buyer, a transportation and freight company, will relocate its corporate offices to the front of the parcel and utilize the rear of the parcel for storage.
