Transwestern's Eric Groffman has secured 47,000 square feet in new and renewed leases at the 34-story Miami Center office tower downtown. Hughes Hubbard and Reed renewed 20,937 square feet, represented by David Preve with Cresa Partners, while Cohen and Fox PA renewed 11,125 square feet, represented by Doug Campbell of Campbell Real Estate Advisory Group. Also, Harper Meyer Perez Hagen O'Connor & Albert LLP signed a new lease for 9,610 square feet, with David Steinfeld and Barbara Liberatore Black of Cresa Partners negotiating on their behalf. Transwestern itself signed for 5,418 square feet, represented by Rashid Siahpoosh with Transwestern. Sumitomo Corp. of America is the owner of Miami Center.

Atlanta

NCDR LLC, a dental facilities provider, has leased 39,869 square feet at Northchase Office Park in the Cumberland/Galleria area. Rush Bradley of Transwestern represented the building's landlord/receiver, Pac Zachary of GlassRatner Management & Realty Advisors LLC. William Wood and Furman Wood of Commercial Property Professionals represented the tenant.
