M3's origins start with Milner Moffitt (M2), which was founded in 2000 by Simon Milner and Richard Moffitt, both having left Gerald Eve to focus on distribution/industrial investment and development. M3 now totals 18 property professionals and has offices in London, Birmingham and Sheffield.
