LONDON-CB Richard Ellis has reportedly signed a deal to take over M3, a property management, development and leasing company based here, according to Property Week . M3 most recently represented Legal & General in the $84 million purchase of the Inland Ports assets of the Stobart Group, and on a 20-year lease deal for a new UK headquarters for Butcher’s Pet Care Ltd.
