It has a U-shaped design and contains three separate foyers. The main tenants are branches of Unilever, Kraft Foods, Teva Pharmaceuticals and MTV Networks.

The key features of its strategy include targeting established real estate markets as well as regions and utilisation concepts with clear growth prospects. The acquisition of Trinity Park III has increased the portfolio to 41 properties in 12 countries.
