With rental space of 350,763 square feet, Trinity Park III is a modern office building six floors in height on Ulica Domaniewska, one of the largest commercial streets in the district of Mokotów. It has a U-shaped design and contains three separate foyers. The main tenants are branches of Unilever, Kraft Foods, Teva Pharmaceuticals and MTV Networks.

SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund, a core-plus product aimed at institutional investors and high net worth individuals, last year achieved a return of 5.4%. The key features of its strategy include targeting established real estate markets as well as regions and utilisation concepts with clear growth prospects. The acquisition of Trinity Park III has increased the portfolio to 41 properties in 12 countries.
