The three-tower complex will be about 500-feet tall, and will comprise about 1.7 million square feet. The West Tower, with 45 floors, will have about 220 apartments; the Middle Tower with 41 floors will have 645,834 square feet of office; and the 43-floor East Tower will have 280 hotel rooms and additional office space.
The plans call for one seven-floor, linked building. The project is being built directly on the river Maas in Rotterdam's Wilhelminapier as part of the urban redevelopment of the former port area into a new city district, according to a statement by Zublin.
