There are also several apartment and dormitory buildings available. The property is being marketed by CNL Specialty Real Estate Services and CB Richard Ellis.

Zion Bible College used to inhabit the facility, but has not been there for a few years having moved to Haverhill, MA, explains Tom Barry, VP at CBRE. The property had found an organization under contract, but the two parties walked away from the deal before it closed. The college continues to own the property.

The property is located west of the Wampanoag Trail (Rte. 114) and zoned RE for single-family housing and R-25 for educational institution and recreational use. The campus is home to one of Rhode Island's historic landmarks, the 50,968-square-foot Gibson Memorial Building, which houses the president's office, dianing area, a reception area and residential quarters.
