CLIFTON, NJ- Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has been named exclusive leasing agent for a new-to-the-market, class A headquarters building at Normandy Real Estate Partners’ 1255 Broad St. here. For years, the 200,000-square-foot property has served as home to health-care giant Hoffman-La Roche.

Marc Trevisan, David Sherman, David DeMatteis and Dan Johnsen of Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office are heading the assignment.

The landmark blue glass building, which sits at the junction of Route 3 and the Garden State Parkway, is available in its entirety for single- or multi-tenant use. Two upper stories feature nearly 95,000-square-foot floor plates with 22-foot clear ceilings. A lower level houses a full-service cafeteria, fitness center with locker rooms, conference facilities and storage.
