Steven Fleming of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Mack-Cali was represented in-house by John O'Hearn and Erin Moran, both directors of leasing.

Telcordia Technologies, a tenant at the property since 2003, is a leader in the development of fixed, mobile and broadband communications software and services.

Located at 331 Newman Springs Rd., One River Centre is a three-building class A office complex totaling 437,472 square feet that is now 93.9% leased. Amenities include an on-site full-service cafeteria, atrium lobbies with new furniture, loading docks and service areas, manual dual power feeds and fiber optics for high-speed connectivity. The property is near to NJ Transit's Red Bank station as well as bus service to Manhattan.
