Burlington Snags HQ Relocation

BURLINGTON, MA-Decision Resources, Inc. is signing for 10-years in 53,000-square-feet at the New England Executive Park.

BURLINGTON, MA-Decision Resources, Inc. is packing up its North American headquarters and trucking up I-95. The research publication company will move from its current headquarters at 260 Charles St. in Waltham, MA to 8 New England Executive Park here. The move will put Decision Resources into 53,000 square feet for 10 years at the New England Executive Park with an option for expansion.

Equity Office Properties was able to offer a bit more for Decision, after its rezoning was approved last year, helping it revamp seven out of 10 buildings, altering them from industrial properties into mixed-use facilities. Decision, for their part, will be coming from a slightly smaller footprint, clocking in at 52,500 square feet in Waltham. The company will begin occupying its new digs in August of 2010.
