Katz Media Expands Midtown Space

NEW YORK CITY-The Clear Channel firm is renewing and expanding its space to 200,000 square feet at 125 W. 55th St., the New York Post reports.

NEW YORK CITY-Katz Media Group will shift around its space at the Boston Properties-owned 125 W. 55th St., according to the New York Post’s Lois Weiss. After switching around floors, the Clear Channel Communications division will occupy about 200,000 square feet in he 591,000-square-foot asset.

Katz extended its lease through 2027, the Post reports, and will stay on the third through seventh floors. It will also add space in the basement and 11th and 12th floors but is giving up ground-floor space.
