The companies, which own and operate long-term acute care hospitals, surgical hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers, will use the new space as their corporate headquarters, according to Steve Shrum of Glacier Commercial who represented Champion Crossing in lease negotiations. Sanders Thompson of Transwestern represented Solara Healthcare.

Solara, which serves patients in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana, is relocating to the 28,970-square-foot building at 2250 E. Continental Blvd. from Solana, a 2.5-million-square-foot office park in nearby Westlake. Shrum tells GlobeSt. that the companies liked the property's location and functional space.
