Forbes just put out a list of the 10 fastest-growing retailers. Most of the choices are of little surprise, like Amazon.com, Apple stores, Netflix and Urban Outfitters.There are a few listed that made us look twice though. One of them was PriceSmart, a warehouse-club chain with 26 stores in the Caribbean and Central America, that saw revenues rise nearly 75% over the last three years, to $1.3 billion. Another on the list is BJ's Restaurants, with 94 casual-dining units, and revenue growth of nearly 57% in three years.Are there any on the list that you think were unfairly omitted?
