Cushman & Wakefield Promotes Dwight Hotchkiss

LOS ANGELES-Cushman & Wakefield appointed Dwight Hotchkiss as executive managing director of its US Industrial platform, with oversight responsibilities for the national business unit’s operations and business development functions. Hotchkiss brings to his new role more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in industrial properties for institutional and corporate clients.

Before this, he served as senior managing director and branch manager of Cushman & Wakefield’s downtown Los Angeles office. Hotchkiss also helped oversee the ongoing expansion of the firm’s industrial practice as senior managing director of industrial services for the Western Region.
