LOS ANGELES-”Clearly there’s a lot more cities than New York, DC, Boston and Los Angeles, and I think there’s a lot of opportunities in those areas,” said John Pelusi, director, vice chair and CEO of HFF Inc. speaking here about capital markets and distressed assets at the recent Real Estate 2010 conference.

Pelusi pointed out that if he were an investor, he would look at opportunities in markets in the top 10 to top 50 range and not necessarily dive into tertiary markets.
