Most recently, Schotz served as executive managing officer at FirstService Williams New Jersey, where he was responsible for overseeing all of the firm's service lines, with an emphasis on the strategic development and expansion of the firm's capabilities. Before joining FSW, Schotz held senior executive positions at Reckson Associates Realty Corp., now known as RXR Realty, where he was a senior vice president and managing director responsible for overseeing the company's 3.5 million-square-foot portfolio throughout New Jersey. Schotz began his career at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, where he rose to the position of vice president of leasing and marketing, and was instrumental in the successful leasing of the company's Glenpointe project in Teaneck.
