Jeffrey Schotz Joins SJP

PARSIPPANY, NJ-The former FirstService Williams executive will spearhead leasing and marketing activities as an executive vice president at the firm.

PARSIPPANY, NJ-Jeffrey Schotz has joined SJP Properties as an executive vice president.In his new role, Schotz will oversee the leasing and marketing activities for SJP’s multi-million square-foot portfolio of class A office buildings and build-to-suit properties in suburban New Jersey, including Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater, Morris Corporate Center in Parsippany and 140 Allen Rd. in Liberty Corner.
