Supermarket To Anchor Hamilton Street Center

FRANKLIN TWP., NJ-Tropical Supermarket has picked up 12,800 square feet at the center, joining Dollar Palace, Township Pharmacy and Mane Appeal.

FRANKLIN TWP., NJ-Tropical Supermarket has leased 12,800 square feet at Hamilton Street Center, according to Levin Management Corp., exclusive leasing and managing agent. The new market will fill the anchor position at the recently renovated, 27,700-square-foot neighborhood shopping center.

“Tropical Supermarket truly fills a need in this market,” says Jake Frantzman, leasing representative for Levin Management. “In this economy, you cannot find a better anchor than a supermarket, and in this instance Tropical will bring grocery shopping much closer to people in this neighborhood, who otherwise might have to go a considerable distance to shop.
