Thompson Hine Signs 11-Year-Lease at Two Alliance Center

ATLANTA-Thompson Hine LLP, a Cleveland-based business law firm with offices in Cincinnati,Columbus, Dayton, Washington, D.C., New York and Brussels, signed an 11-year-lease for 30,048 square feet at Two Alliance Center in the Buckhead sub-market. The lease, signed last week, brings the 493,201-square-foot-LEED-gold-certified building, which opened a few months ago, to nearly 60% occupancy.

In early April, Tishman Speyer, the owner of the building, signed an 100,000-square-foot lease with Novelis, Inc., an aluminum roll products and aluminum can recycling company. The Novelis deal follows two other significant leases at the property, an 125,000-square-foot lease to global insurance company Marsh & McClennan in late 2009, and, more recently, a 30,000-square foot lease to Turner Construction Company.
