With the Mitsubishi lease, the 252,092-square-foot-building, where Mitsubishi will be located, will be 100% occupied, says Rick Gove, a public relations representative for Duke, who is based in Atlanta. The other tenant in the building is Suwanee-based Embraco North America, Inc. which distributes wholesale industrial equipment such as compressors, compressor parts and accessories.
The Horizon Business Center has nine buildings containing 1.6 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space.
Mitsubishi is also a Duke tenant in industrial parks in Atlanta and Hebron, Kentucky, a suburb of Cincinnati. Duke owns approximately 900 acres for sale or future development in the Atlanta area.
