MLCC consists of Mountain Lakes Corporate Campus One, a fully leased 50,000-square-foot office building, and Mountain Lakes Corporate Campus Two, a 66,000-square-foot class A office featuring a new brick and granite façade. The owner is waiting for LEED Silver certification for this property.

Along with MLCC1 and MLCC2, the campus also offers an additional land site suitable for a build-to-suit or office expansion of up to 60,000 square feet. Senior vice president Ken Flynn and associate John Buckley from Jones Lang LaSalle's leasing team, based in Parsippany, are heading up the leasing efforts.
