JLL To Market Mountain Lakes Campus

MOUNTAIN LAKES, NJ-The 18-acre campus, owned and managed by Vision Equities, houses two buildings for a total of 116,000 square feet.

MOUNTAIN LAKES, NJ-Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for Mountain Lakes Corporate Campus, a private, rural, 18-acre campus located directly off Route 46 here. The campus is owned and managed by Vision Equities.

MLCC consists of Mountain Lakes Corporate Campus One, a fully leased 50,000-square-foot office building, and Mountain Lakes Corporate Campus Two, a 66,000-square-foot class A office featuring a new brick and granite façade. The owner is waiting for LEED Silver certification for this property.
