Savills, a UK-based global real estate company, is marketing the property for the owner. There is no asking price, says Savills' New York-based managing director, Arthur M. Milston. "The building is a typical, Class B-type government office building," he says.The Six Forks Square complex is eight miles east of the Raleigh-Durham Research Triangle and about five miles from downtown, says Milston. It is in the Six Forks Road office sub-market.

While Milston declined to give the rental rates for the Six Forks Square complex, he says the average asking rent for the Six Forks Road submarket is in the low $20s.
