Frank Lopriore, Fairfield, NJ-based SVP with the tenant advisory group at Grubb & Ellis, represented ZT in the deal. "We were engaged by ZT to provide national strategic real estate planning to accommodate their growing needs and objectives," Lopriore says in a release. He adds that the tenant "benefited by cost saving solutions while improving their efficiencies." A data center solutions provider, ZT has been a tenant at 350 Meadowlands since 2005.

With the expansion by ZT, 350 Meadowlands is now more than 97% occupied. The property is part of Hartz Mountain Industries' Harmon Cove mixed-use development; Charles Reese of Hartz represented the building ownership in the ZT renewal and expansion.
