Frank Lopriore, senior vice president of Tenant Advisory Group, facilitated the transaction on behalf of ZT Group, while the landlord, Hartz Mountain, was represented internally by Charles Reese.

According to Lopriore, ZT is now occupying 87% of the 188,699-square-foot building, which has 3,553 square feet of space available for lease. He could not provide a rental rate.
