C&W's MF Investment Team Taps Philly Metro

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ-The group, headed up by vice chairman Andrew Merin, will expand its scope to include Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ-Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.’s locally based Metropolitan Area Capital Markets group has expanded its multifamily investment sales practice to include the Philadelphia Metro market, including Southern New Jersey and Delaware. The team–headed up by vice chairman Andrew Marin along with David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel and Brian Whitmer–specializes exclusively in real estate sales, joint ventures and financing.

Until now, the group has focused on assignments in Northern New Jersey, New York–sans the city–and Fairfield County, CT. Since 2004, the team has completed around $2 billion worth of multifamily sales in this market area including the recent $71-million trade of Fox Run Apartments in Plainsboro, NJ, which represented the Garden State’s largest multifamily rental property sale of 2009.
