At the Parksouth Distribution Center, which is built out, Duke owns eight of the nine buildings for a total of 990,000 square feet. The park has an occupancy of 85%. Bodek and Rhodes occupy 100% of its building.
Parksouth is located near the Florida Turnpike, Beachline Expressway and Orange Blossom Trail. In Central Florida, Duke has 130 tenants in an industrial and office portfolio of more than four million square feet. Duke Realty also has 160 acres of land available for sale in Central Florida.
