Half of the building will be office while the other half will be used for their warehouse, manufacturing and distribution facilities. CB Richard Ellis' Michale Dillon repped the owners, Lighthouse Properties, while Roger Ludwig of First Service Williams repped Lex Corp. Dillon noted that the tenants moved in at market rate.

Located near Routes 8 and 108, the facility has easy highway access. There will be some minor building improvements for the tenants, but no large concessions were used to entice Lex Corp to the property.
