Lex Corp Consolidates in 10-Year Lease

SHELTON, CT-The electronics company is taking the entire 56,500 square-foot warehouse/distribution at market rate.

SHELTON, CT-Lex Corp, an electronics company, is moving into 15 Progress Dr. in a relocation and consolidation of its Stamford and Bridgeport offices. The 56,500-square-foot industrial/flex property will get all of its tenants by June 2010.

Half of the building will be office while the other half will be used for their warehouse, manufacturing and distribution facilities. CB Richard Ellis’ Michale Dillon repped the owners, Lighthouse Properties, while Roger Ludwig of First Service Williams repped Lex Corp. Dillon noted that the tenants moved in at market rate.
