DAYTON, NJ-International Intimates has renewed its 179,225-square-foot lease at Heller Industrial Parks' One Industrial Rd., a 1.263-million-square-foot industrial distribution center here. The women’s intimate apparel manufacturer and wholesale distributor has been a customer of Heller since 1992, leasing space in the company’s Edison Industrial Park before moving to its current location in Dayton.

Heller Senior vice president Steve Kaufman and vice president of special projects David Paster provided in-house representation in the transaction. "In order to facilitate a long-term extension of the company’s lease, we were able to restructure the lease agreement to suit the company’s business needs and ultimately retain an important tenant,” says Kaufman.

International Intimates began leasing space from Heller in 1992 at a 23,040-square-foot Edison-based building. In 1997, as the company’s operations expanded, Heller worked with the manufacturer to relocate the company to a 76,717-square-foot space at a different building in its Edison Industrial Park. International Intimates operated out of Edison for 10 years until 2006, when the business expanded again and relocated to its current headquarters. The latest transaction extends the company’s lease for a new multi-year term.
