Dadeland Office Park Gets Makeover

MIAMI-Transwestern has been appointed as the leasing and marketing agent for the Dadeland Office Park, a three-building portfolio of office properties with 245,000 square feet in the Kendall submarket of Miami-Dade County.

The company’s appointment comes at the same time that a multi-million dollar renovation of the buildings is almost completed. The renovation includes a new building façade, hurricane resistant windows, landscaping and parking improvements. Eric Groffman, vice president of Transwestern, declined to give a specific figure for the renovation’s cost. The properties, which were built in the mid-1970s, are owned by the Keystone Property Group, based in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.

The three buildings at the Dadeland Office Park, named for the Dadeland Mall which dominates the area, are about 70% leased, says Groffman, who notes that they share the rest of the complex with two other buildings not owned by the Keystone Property Group. The other buildings are known as the Dadeland Towers South.
