MILLTOWN, NJ-Fameco Real Estate, L.P. has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for Ryders Crossing, a 388,000-square-foot power center anchored by Target, Home Depot and Acme here.
With visibility from the New Jersey Turnpike, the center is also home to Staples, Petco, Applebee’s, GNC and GameStop. Currently, a 12,500-square-foot endcap is available, which could be divided or possibly expanded to 18,125 square feet.
More than 85,000 people live within a three-mile radius of the center. And according to Fameco, the borough here boasts a median household income over $80,000.
To date, Famco has a leasing portfolio in excess of three million square feet and a tenant roster that includes likes of Walmart, Darden Restaurants, Staples and Chipotle.
