MECHANICSBURG, PA-Reckitt Benckiser, N.A. is about to call Upper Allen Business Park here its new home, with the consumer products giant leasing an 812,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility from an investment arm of New York Life Insurance Co.

Newmark Knight Frank’s David Simson, vice chairman of the firm's New Jersey operations, and managing director Mitchell Katz represented the tenant in its search for a new location in the New York metropolitan area.
